Job Description

  • Handle general enquiries and registration for walk-in customers at the counter
  • Sending marketing emails and calls for the upcoming
  • Assisting the convenient schedules to the participants
  • Verification of trainees’ entry requirements
  • Creating Invoice, Processing
  • Uploading supporting documents in the system
  • Guiding funding enquiries
  • Handling class confirmation, cancellation and postpone
  • Handling refunds, attrition, appeals, reissue card/cert enquiries
  • Handling result, card/ cert related enquiries
  • Handling corporate member enquiries
  • Guiding Online/Blended learning students Id & Password
  • Be proactive in responding and managing enquiries such as promptly attending to email enquiries, phone calls & WhatsApp Messages.

Skills

  • Qualification: Any Degree
  • Experience: 2 to 5 Years
  • Notice Period: 15 to 20 days
  • Good communication in English,
  • Experience in tele calling, customer support
